Which report do you need?
In the iyzico merchant panel, open Transactions (or Reports → Transaction Report), pick a date range and export the CSV. Each row carries paymentId, paymentTxId, conversationId, amounts, commission and the net merchantPayoutAmount.
On the Shopify side, the order name (#1001) and order total are enough — the app pulls orders read-only via the API, no manual export needed.
How are matches made?
The strongest key is the order reference: iyzico's conversationId or basketId usually carries the Shopify order number (integration-dependent). When references don't line up, matching falls back to amount + currency + a date window — if several orders share the amount, the result is flagged ambiguous rather than guessed.
Which differences are real money leaks?
- Fee equation fails: collection − commission − fixed fee ≠ payout. Traceable per row; mismatching rows should be queried with the provider.
- Zero payout: a collection exists but merchant payout is 0 — block, refund or manual hold.
- Reverse direction: a Shopify order pending payment with no iyzico row at all — failed/abandoned checkout.

FAQ
How often should I export the report?
Monthly is enough for month-end close; high-volume stores should run weekly so differences are caught before they pile up.
Why are refunds and cancels separate rows?
iyzico writes refund/cancel as distinct transaction types under the same paymentId; reconciliation groups them into one payment and shows the net effect.
