COD orders never appear in iyzico/PayTR reports — the carrier's collection report is the only reconciliation source. Collected amount − carrier deduction = net transferred; since the transfer arrives lump-sum, per-shipment matching is mandatory.
Why is the money flow confusing?
The customer pays the courier at the door; the carrier pools collections, deducts its service fee and wires a single aggregated transfer on a schedule. That one bank line covers dozens of shipments — only the carrier's collection report says which orders it includes.
Which columns does the report carry?
Settlement exports from carriers like Sürat, Yurtiçi, Aras and MNG commonly include: voucher/document no (which transfer), order code (WebSiparisKodu — usually your order number), tracking/barcode no, collected amount, deduction/service fee and net payable amount. Returned or undeliverable shipments arrive with a status column and must not pollute the collection totals.
What should reconciliation check?
- Per shipment: collected − deduction = payable.
- Order code matches a Shopify order — unmatched rows are wrong references or another channel.
- Bank transfer total = sum of payable amounts in the report.
StoreCheck Reconcile accepts carrier settlement CSV/XLSX files too; it separates return/undelivered rows and matches payable amounts to orders.
FAQ
Where do I download the carrier report?
In your carrier's merchant portal under collection/settlement reports; with Sürat it is the 'COD payment operations' report.
Can it match by tracking number?
Yes — when the export lacks an order code, tracking/barcode becomes the primary key and intersects with Shopify fulfillment tracking numbers.
Skip the manual matching: StoreCheck Reconcile parses your report in the browser and matches every row to order evidence. Start free · All guides
