iyzico deducts a percentage commission plus a fixed fee per transaction and reports the remainder as
merchantPayoutAmount
. Whether that amount actually reached your bank is a separate question — answered by the settlement (hakediş) file's rows.
What fee items exist?
Two deductions appear in the report: the rate commission (merchantCommissionRateAmount — your contracted % plus installment/maturity surcharge) and a fixed transaction fee. Installment sales carry a separate maturity surcharge; expecting single-payment commission on installments produces false discrepancies.
What does the settlement file prove?
The Transactions report says "what was deducted"; the settlement file says "what was transferred". Rows link back to the payment via paymentTxId/paymentId/conversationId, with settlementReferenceCode + settlementDate identifying the bank transfer batch. A payment with no settlement row means the transfer is pending or outside the report window.
Practical audit
- Per payment: collection − commission − fee = payout.
- Flag payments where payout ≠ settlement total (partial block/hold).
- List payments with no settlement rows — real loss or a date-range artefact.
StoreCheck Reconcile runs all three checks automatically via its optional second file input; the settlement file is also processed locally in your browser.
FAQ
Where is my commission rate in the report?
The merchantCommissionRate column gives the rate, merchantCommissionRateAmount the amount. If rate × collection + fixed fee ≠ deduction, look at the item level.
Where do I download the settlement file?
Under Reconciliation/Settlement reports in the iyzico panel; filename and columns vary by period — the app recognises common variants.
